What we believe
Whole over partial
Skill is necessary but insufficient. We develop the whole leader — Attitude, Behavior, and Character — because that's what holds under pressure.
Growth over performance
Performance is a snapshot; growth is the story. We read who a leader is becoming, not just what they produced this quarter.
A mirror, not a grade
Our assessments show leaders the truth and a way forward. Never a ranking, never a label someone is stuck in.
Belonging before performance
People grow in environments where they're received first. Pressure without belonging breaks people; belonging makes growth possible.
The privacy floor
- ·Assessment results are private to the leader by default.
- ·Team and org views are aggregated, with a minimum group size so no individual is exposed.
- ·Data is never sold, never shared with third parties, never used for advertising.
- ·Every access is logged. Anyone may request deletion at any time.
- ·No tracking pixels beyond what the site needs to function.
Honest about where this comes from
Troika Leader is built by Troika Ministries, a nonprofit founded by Dr. Jose “Dr. J” Rodriguez. The same formation engine serves individuals, churches, and the marketplace — here, in the language of leadership. The principles are universal; we don't hide where they were forged, and we don't require you to share our faith to grow as a leader. You're welcome exactly as you are.
